Tomorrow (2/7) I'm flying to Chicago for the weekend to see my son graduate from Navy Recruit Training. (A very proud moment, I might add)I don't get out much as this will be the first time in almost 32 years that I'll be on a plane. It can't be all that much different, can it?
Anyways, this will be my first trip to Chicago and I'll be posting pictures and comments about it here on the site. Hopefully someone will read it. I know it's been awhile since I've posted anything. But hey, who reads this shit anyway?

What do you mean "who reads this shit"???!!
I read this shit! And I will continue to read this shit for as long as you post shit.
What do you mean you don't get out much! Don't you call the drive to Mechanicsburg 3 and 4 times a week "getting out"???
What's different on the planes now? Well, for one thing they aren't using props...I mean..that's so '60's. The cabin crew seems to vary in age and sex a lot more. Also meals, snacks, and drinks are a pay as you go affair. So bring money. You know, that stuff you've saved from not buying us pizza.
But all kidding aside...have a great time. And many many congratulations to your son! Your shift is proud!
If you like, I can start the bail money collection on Thursday night in the hopes that you will have a great time and will need spare cash for legal fees.
Have fun...post when you get a spare minute.
Don't forget, I read this shit.
Getting "out" to Mechanicsburg loses its appeal once you realize it's only to go to have your hopes and dreams ripped from your soul each night. But it's a living.
I'm sure glad they updated the planes. I wasn't sure if they still used catapults anymore. I'm not gonna pay for any snacks or food on the plane. I'll save my money for skanks and beer, or rather I mean any sightseeing I'll be doing. But please feel free to take up a collection. I will need the money. Remember where I work?
And thanks for reading my shit.
There better not be any skanks involved!! Have fun and don't forget to do my shopping! Yes, I read this shit too. Big congratulations to Corwin, and you too dad. I'm proud of your son.
